Berry tire is the best. I hate going to dealerships because they always try to over charge and complete unnecessary fixes just to make money. I've never experienced this at Berry and completely love their honesty and work.

Always a solid job with oil changes and tire rotations. I appreciate you re-setting my mileage counter for oil usage.

The best group of guys I have had the pleasure of working with. Go out of their way to help me get in and out quickly with what I need for a safe and efficient vehicle. Honesty and integrity are their strongest attributes and their work is top notch.

Always able to schedule appointments and receive honest work. I've dropped my car off not sure what to expect and have always been given the best fix whether it is free, costs $20 or $900 for a new air conditioner. No worries that I will be taken advantage of or they will find things to fix. I started with them two years ago when looking for tires and they were least expensive after checking a few places. While I sat and waited for my tires, customers came in to pick up their cars and all were repeat customers leaving happy. I have been taking both my cars there since. Happy they had the best prices and I found them!

Promptly fixed tires with nails stuck on emergency. Had to go back because the tires were not fully inflated on fixing.

I brought my 2020 Ram 2500 in for an alignment and rotation and had been experiencing a rattling or knocking sound in the front end and asked if you could take a close look and find it as I spend most of my time driving at 80 mph on the highway. The mechanic (older white guy, grey hair and brown teeth) asked me what on earth could be loose on a brand new truck (with 22k very hard miles). I insisted something was wrong and please find it. An hour later the truck came back with a clean bill of health and that the knocking must be in my imagination. After driving around for a few more days, telling myself that the knocking that I?m feeling and hearing is all in my head, I finally jacked it up myself in the driveway and the first thing I found was the front left wheel had about an inch of play at the ball joint. This told me that A: the mechanic was either too incompetent to find it or B: didn?t even check it over at all, both of which are unforgivable as I take my families safety pretty seriously. I have been a Libertyville resident for 30 years and have brought all of my business to Berry tire until now. I?m sorry but it is a deal breaker.

I came in about a week and a half ago at 2:25 for an oil change. I asked the gentleman at the front if they had time. He said they would get the car in within a half hour. I said I?d wait. Finally at 3:40 that same gentleman said, ?lucky you, your car is next in about 10 minutes?. I was finally out of there at 4:50. When I paid the guy at the front never apologized or even thanked me for coming in or being so patient. My husband and I have come here for years for oil changes, repairs and tires. I was so put off by his attitude that we will not return.
